I have some basic first aid training but fortunately I have never had to deal with anything serious. Our medics deal with the serious stuff like dispensing paracetamol

I miss resuscitation annie. me and her spent a lot of time with our lips locked haha

use some on minor injures and 3 times on lot more serious when I worked at the airports dealing with special needs to gain access to flights

I think everyone should have a basic understanding of first aid
like I think everyone should know how to swim

I'm certified as well and get retrained every 2 years. Have not had to use it as of yet. Very important to know especially now that I have kids.
