    **** Wostok Gallery ****

well I had this in with a job lot of faulty watches and a couple day's ago.
I got round to having a look some one had over wound the hell out of it but some gentle encouragement got the balanced wheel spinning and over the next few hour on and off it start to run then stop so back to encouraging it to run well.

Each time it would get longer intervals in between it stopping .till it final stop so I tried to wide it and it work so half wound it and wore it for a day work great so last night I tried to fully winder it and great it work like a charm, and tonight it's still going and is about spot on so my only Wostok at the minute

Wostok 2209 from the late 60s I think! Would be very happy to be corrected! The Wostok 2209 movement is not at all the same thing as the Luch / Poljot 2209 movement, despite both being thin manuals that are 22mm in diameter

Nice pictures. Never seen one of these before I looked here today. Very retro-vintage.

Those electric signs used as markers are copied from some other watch (one which had some reason for referencing electricity) but unfortunately I can't remember what it was :/

I have to thank the extremely patient and discerning eye of the person who sold mine to me for its quality
