    That was awesome. A310 airframes aren't found too often anymore outside of freight operations. That was truly a gem.

    For a model, even more so.

    Amazing how slow the takeoff speed is.

    That's a good question -- I honestly do not know the answer to that question. That wasn't in the clip, I read it on a thread discussing this elsewhere.

    Apparently the AUW (helium) is 285g and AUW (air) is 360g

    Cool vid, I bet the RC pilot was wetting himself in such a relatively confined place, one wrong move or calculation and it would have been ruined.

    EDIT: also there were two 7g Outrunner BL-Motors with 6" props inside the turbine housings.
