Thread: Invicta

    Invicta

I love Invicta watches, there bold and brash.
There is some unique styles and they are certainly attention getters

So this thread is to show em off,

    Here's the two I own

    First my 15145

Big and bold with a fantastic stylised diver look
I love the bezel on this and it's comfy chunky rubber strap

    And now my favourite watch
    My 6407

    This thing is heavy!
Detail in the face is superb and considering how tacky some invicta's can be, this one pulls of a stunning subtlety with its beautifully detailed face

Both watches feature "flame fusion" crystals,
    Whatever the heck that is!

What I can tell you is the crystals on both have a fantastic sheen to them and a lovely clarity!

I love em both, so let's see yours

if its taken on face value i see this thread as a great test for perhaps new thinking on IWL - certainly a new way of dealing with an old 'enemy' - hope so anyway

I think if their sizes were more conservative (with non homage pieces) and their quality was improved a bit, they'd be a pretty good company.

    Invicta

I beg to differ. I think the 9937OB is better, with ETA 2824 motor and sapphire crystals front and back, nice bracelet with solid end-links. The only 'presentation' fault I can find is a cheap stamped deployment. This was my 'entry drug' watch

No doubt to me these are all the same family. Mine is the Sellita sw200 and I love it.

I have two. First, my quartz Pro Diver (9308).

Next, my Russian Diver (4342). Believe it or not, I actually wear this behemoth once in a while!
