Is it just me, or are these WRUW threads popping up earlier and earlier..?
Not even dinner time Saturday here yet, but I think the OM will do for tomorrow:

its quite right and proper that all your timezones should to locked into 12midnight UK time

Actually, that does make sense, at least if not UK time, then UTC. So I guess any time after 0000UTC is fair game.
