    Neither.

    Get custom lengths made and you'll wonder why you put up with that slightly wrong fit and/or clasp location for so long.

    This is true. I bought a strap I thought would work on a vintage UN, only to find it was 19mm and didn't work. Can't find 19mm..... Of course I should have measured properly the first time. Oh well.
