    New year sales

Santa hasn't even dropped his load where I am, and the sales have begun of course !!

I've actually been able to order a monopod and matching head for my growing camera kit.... already !

Sold individually they cost a meagre £40-£50 and the head £26-£35

I got the two for £45 (and free delivery)

    What have you snagged ?

and if you're an early bird like this how close to christmas eve/day was it ?

Yes, by Friday the retailers will have you believe that everything you did not get for the Holidays will be free......

Snagged a couple Christmas sales on watches (Helson) and don't plan on any others. But hey you never know if something I really want comes up at the right price then what the heck.

I've bought a bunch of stuff for myself, but I don't have the patience for sales...so I just buy when the mood hits me
