theatre movies in 2015: what you want to see, what you think will fail

I'm usually not one for the theatre. But, for big, visually impressive sensory-overload type stuff, I do grace the cinema with my presence. 2015 looks to be full of sequel and redux.

    What I'm interested in seeing:

    - Star Wars: the Force Awakens
    - Mad Max: Fury Road (trailer is epic)
    - Terminator: Genisys

They all prey upon fond memories of good movies when I was younger.

    I'm on the fence with:

    - Jurassic World
    - Chappie
    - Alien Outpost

And I smell fail coming for:

    - Jupiter Ascending
    - Entourage
    - Hunger Games: MockingJay part 2 (have not seen part 1)

There are several other movies I want to see, but won't drag myself to the theatre for. Iron Sky The Coming Race, anyone?
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

I see Bradley Cooper is taking that role. Has potential for sure, but I already know the story, so it'll be interesting to see how the movie is.

Eastwood does a great job directing.

Went to see In To The Woods which was great, in the cinema there was a poster for Jupiter Rising and either this film was made 20yrs ago or the poster of Sean Bean (no it doesn't rhyme ) was so photoshopped it was worthy of the Kardashians.

Terminator will suck, I'm afraid, as per this blurb re: the plot:

Sarah Connor isn't the innocent she was when Linda Hamilton first sported feathered hair and acid-washed jeans in the role. Nor is she Hamilton's steely zero body-fat warrior in 1991's T2. Rather, the mother of humanity's messiah was orphaned by a Terminator at age 9. Since then, she's been raised by (brace yourself) Schwarzenegger's Terminator—an older T-800 she calls "Pops"—who is programmed to guard rather than to kill. As a result, Sarah is a highly trained antisocial recluse who's great with a sniper rifle but not so skilled at the nuances of human emotion.

Sounds like another nail in the coffin of that franchise.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first. Tolerated the second. HATED the third. Hated the fourth marginally less.

Hopefully it'll carry on the good work from Skyfall and be brilliant.
