Wow! some awesome watches today guys! very impressive!

continue on strap working... these will be among near my last batches of hand made straps.. after this i have to take a break since i run out of suitable material (no more any brown or any suede, and just a little black and deep burgundy left) .. i have not been able to get suitable replacement, and also i just run out of resources.. i'll just go with the flow and see what will happened.. i still keep the faith though..

well another one of the trench watches I fixed for today think this one will be the keeper out the two, as Birmingham hallmarked for June 1918 to June 1919 solid silver case hinged back pop front Swiss made movement this is a two position stem, where the one from the other day was a lever movement ( as in there was a little button under the crown and when pushed and held, when you moved the crown it set the time and when the button was released the crown went back to winding position) have not got a lever movement watch well might have a p.w that has thinking about it so was a hard choice but think as this one is holding time better 2mins out in 48 hours once I fixed it . mean's the choice has been made ,where the other is running slow by half hour

I would say maybe closer to a hundred looks like a circa 1917 elgin 17 jewelled grade 384 movement at a guess

Hard to put this one on without taking some movement shots:
