    Well, it took 16 hours...

into 2015 for my first pick up of the year. I'm slacking, I know

Always been an Eterna fan, especially the Kontikis. Had a 1948 before but I let it go and always had it in the back of my head to pick up another. Well a deal that was literally too good to be true came my way this afternoon so I jumped on it. Looking forward to having an Eterna back in the rotation and giving this one some wrist time.

Ironically, this one has a Sellita SW200 in it. Perhaps the Group is laying the boots to the originators just like everyone else now.

    very unique lume

That was quick! Congrats on the new watch. I don't think I have ever seen the lume on those, but I find it very unique. I'm close behind, as I will make an order in a few days. Right now, I am making some resolutions with the seller on the SuperDatomatic that I bought that didn't work...

Striking watch - I like it.

The strap is interesting too. Synthetic?

I like the black dial with green triangles as well, but this one shows off the texture and depth so well it won out.
And the design is so universal can really play around with straps on it.

This strap is leather, with some linen/textile embossing on it. Quite like the stitching too.
