First of all... i realize i'm a true amateur and lack of experience with leather work... i just made these project for fun and have some straps that fit my wrist and my watches most comfortable.. the only good thing about them is the comfy and perfecty UGLY look

i dont have any fancy tools, just some sharp knives, victorinox pocket knife, sandpapers, leather glue and so on..

so here we go... the wrist shot..

this one is from an old leather belt... so its quite thick... no padding, just solid leather.. still soft and conform the wrist very comfy though..

the great thing about self made is i only need one hole to fit me perfectly =)
i made the strap keeper by splitting the leather in half with a sharp knife, a very intense moment!
i use the orginal buckle from seiko rubber driver straps.
