Kudos to
Tutima, who stepped up to the mark on something they didn't need to , they initially mentioned a somewhat ridiculous price, but after a little persuasion they realised a little goodwill goes a long way.
(On an old watch too, but it IS a common thing with these watches if you go looking on google)
But anyway, if you're listening Tutima ...

As said I didn't get +ve first time round - in fact I didn't even get response 1st time round! , but get your point across and they sort it , I'd like to be generous and say it's just the language barrier.
If they step up to the mark,.... eventually.... then they deserve praise.
