Thread: Kudos to

    Kudos to

Tutima, who stepped up to the mark on something they didn't need to , they initially mentioned a somewhat ridiculous price, but after a little persuasion they realised a little goodwill goes a long way.

(On an old watch too, but it IS a common thing with these watches if you go looking on google)

But anyway, if you're listening Tutima ...

Nice to hear the good stories every now and then. As an aside, I wonder why we don't hear more about Tutima?

I wonder if pushing the brand upmarket has helped or hindered them.

I think this is the first positive feedback I have heard when dealing with Tutima. Glad they stepped up to the plate for you.

I agree with you, never heard positive remarks on Customer service or communication.

As said I didn't get +ve first time round - in fact I didn't even get response 1st time round! , but get your point across and they sort it , I'd like to be generous and say it's just the language barrier.
If they step up to the mark,.... eventually.... then they deserve praise.
