    Without really intending this to happen I've just completed four weeks completely dry. I'm a bit of a believer in listening to your body and mine's been saying, eh, not just for the moment. Getting a bit thirsty now though. Who knows how that first pint back will hit me....

    Got some important work on Tues so I'll get that out the way first. I only noticed how long it had been on day 24, and I laughed at that number, because when I was 21 I once noticed that I had got pissed on every one of the previous 24 days.
