Thread: Where to buy fat bars with flanges?

Where to buy fat bars with flanges?

I have a couple of seikos with original fat spring bars. It would be good to replace these with bars of the same width dimensions but with the added benefit of flanges. I've looked on ebay but drawn a blank; anyone know of a supplier?

Where to buy fat bars with flanges?

I just google "buy fat Seiko spring bars "and got dozens of ebay listings, amazon sources, crown and buckle...so they appear to be everywhere.

See them on Amazon quite frequently as well as eBay.

Nope, they don't have the right size. Seiko fat bars are 2.5mm thick with 1.1mm end pins. Thickest bars Cousins do are 1.8mm and none have the right end pin width.

All Seiko parts are shouldered but have no flanges. Its the flanges combined with the correct width that's the killer here.
