Help me find a cheap midsize black or panda chrono

I've been looking for an analogue chrono for a while but am struggling to find exactly what I want. The main problem is size. There are a few Casio Edifices and Timexes that come close but are all too big.
    So, requirements:
    36—40mm, lug to lug <46mm
Black military style or panda dial
Standard style lugs so I can put it on a Nato.

    Go!

I think that picture has plagued me for years. It's one of the first photos I remember really making an impression on me during my early days on WUS. Maybe it is time to talk the plunge, but the 48mm lug to lug has always put me off.

I think it wears a little smaller than a sub or on of it's 40mm clone.
So if you can handle those...

To help you over the edge
