Henry, what exactly is your objection to the Xeramo? I know nothing about the watch, having only just heard of it from your post, but in the pic it doesn't look too awful. Is there something specific about it that rubs you the wrong way?
Well,being a Panerai fan,I'd count the sealand that's already posted and I personally dislike the 50mm mare nostrum,the dial looks too small and the bezel looks too wide (and set to be a scratch magnet) and it is soo expensive too
I don't claim to know much about Piaget, but in the eighties they produced a few versions of this idea - taking advantage of the size of quartz to try to reduce the watch head into an element of the bracelet. Kind of the opposite of the modern day fixation with wearing the largest possible watch, I suppose
