I felt compelled to tip the pizza delivery driver extra. I ordered before the unexpected hurricane force winds yesterday. He was apologetic for being late "but there was a tree and power lines down". I felt terrible for him!

I did the same the other day, but without the extreme weather - the guy couldn't find my place and when I tipped him he tried to refuse, I was like not your fault bro, these streets aren't well labeled.

My wife and I are now starting the downsize talk and are looking at some waterfront condos. That should free up a ton of time spent on the house chores and cleaning and actually put us right on the water. We thought we had the perfect place, but they don't allow dogs. We need to accommodate two very small ones. I'm kind of excited about this. Funny when I suggested it a few years ago it was a bad idea. Now not so much. It also would bank a decent amount of money when our house sells.
