Yikes! That's terrifying just thinking about it. I suppose the good thing is, if you fall, you land in water. I imagine that's also the bad thing.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Nah, definitely only a good thing! And you always have to exit back into the water - it is inevitable.

Is there no way you can get to the top by road?

Nope, it's a desolate island. Only boat and jump down regardless.

Just had a crown put in this morning. First one, aside from the temporary this past week. I've had a cracked (bottom) molar that got worse over the labor day weekend (while I happened to be in NY state visiting my parents). It actually spilt right off and was attached only to my gum, so it would open up like a dishwasher door if I happened to chew with it. But it would fit in place like a puzzle if I left it alone. Was very difficult trying to eat on one side of my mouth, particularly all of the end of summer picnic food (corn on the cob, etc).
I tried to get Dental service in NY but I was denied from three dentists due to me being from a hot spot state... NY State takes it very seriously and I'm glad even if it meant a little less eating enjoyment.
Hopefully all goes well with this one, but the dentist says this will be my trouble tooth from how it cracked.

I hope you're able to have those issues resolved quickly.
That sounds terrible.
