Watch collector for 25 years +.
I like mechanical modern watches with complications, but I buy mainly Vintages. I do not mind if they are mechanical, Tuning Fork or Quartz, as long as the watch/model was a trail blazer of some kind.
I have a small collection of Aviator watches from the 1930's to WW2.
Latest buys - Omega LED Time Computer 1 and Time Computer 2.
Grails - 1970's Omega Marine Chrono 1511, Tutima and Hanhart WW2 chronographs.

Other hobbies of mine are studying European and North American History, reading, drinking beer, cooking and eating, cars, restoring cars and bikes and fishing.
Just now I am rebuilding/restoring an EXGO electric golf buggy, I am making it light, fast and with needed road handling improvement.
This project is because we are a bunch of guys that (together with Ritz Carlton) are starting a series of races on Island, starting in March 2015.
After that I have a 1932 Jawa 175 Supersport in boxes......

Maybe I should mention that I belonged to 'the other" watch forum, but got banned, mainly my fault, partly a sad misunderstanding over a (very funny imho) YouTube clip I posted.
Hello Janne. Do you still take your son on the annual fishing trip back North?

Geoff will be right over. If he can figure out who started it.

Janne, was happy to see your username when I joined here today. A bit of a void when you "left" the other place.
