    Gonna enjoy my orient Mako for the rest of the week... i've worn it since yesterday with this nylon combo...

    I like this watch, it is a quality inexpensive auto diver that's not to bulky, runs very accurate, legible and superb tool watch..
    i honestly not fond of the double crown, but can life with the non hacking and non handwind-able movement.

    i still seaching for black scrap leather for its strap, hope to find some material this weekend..

    Yes, it is some kind of shell. Note the stripe. It is a one piece dial. I do not know if the stripe is bleached or the top and bottom are dyed.
