Thread: Quick bit of advice please

    I find this sort of behavior often hints at a foreign body - a bit of hair, a loose screw or something like that. Whipping the back off and having a good peer and then tapping the inverted and open watch over a sheet of white paper can often lead to a discovery.

    The de luxe has a design fault- the way into the back is text close to damaging a delicate part of the movement.

    Its now been running nonstop for 186 hours, and I'm not doing anything to meddle with it

    well the balance wheel is at the edge so you have to be careful when opening and closing but if it is working now I say leave as is
