Cat don't want to go outside

I had a cat that would do that whenever you put a harness on it , it would just lie down like a dead weight and not want to move, until the offending harness was removed... It wouldn't complain or try and remove it itself... it would just lay flat.

It was really weird .... and really funny to watch.
