I used your instructions to repair a watch winder I bought used online. Unfortunately the power adapter was not included. Does anyone have the specs to the power adapter so that I can locate a replacement?

Not sure about the quad winder - but the dual winder uses a 3.3Vdc 2-amp power adapter.

Send it back. It’s unacceptable to sell anything without the power adapter.

The power adapters are the same for duals and quads.

Yes - the labeling indicates that to be correct.
