    Chauncy

    Hey Cats,

Been trying to research this military from Chauncy. I can't find anything on them.

For what it is, the craftsmanship indicates high quality, solid copper dial with some kind of lacquer coating to keep it from tarnishing, beautifully crafted sold brass case that's perfectly matched at all four corners with beautifully sharp edges, no variances anywhere with this watch case that you'd see in average quality brands, beautiful yet very simple in appearance hacking movement that looks to be in house.

I suppose to put this watch in perspective think Omega level and the brands that play in that price range quality.

All in all a really nice build that in today's dollars would probably have a retail of somewhere in the 4 to $5000 range.

    Peace,
    Preston

I'll bet that case is pretty hefty for it's size. Nice.

It is indeed, it was quite heavy with that awful expansion on it. Going to put a leather NATO on it me thinks, it should rock then.

    Peace,
