The Russian watch forum (watch.ru) is working with Meranom and Vostok to produce a homage to the original 300m Vostok Amphibian (military only) diver. This one is rated for 300m instead of the normal 200m of an Amphibian.

Two different lugs will come with the watch. Only 300 are being made.

The original and one of my grails. I have been hunting for one of the originals at a reasonable price for almost a year now but all the ones I have seen are over $800. As insane as it seems to spend that kinda money on a Vostok I probably will end up doing it. The flip side of that is how much do original military dive watches cost that came from Blancpain, Rolex or Panerai. This watch is basically the Russian equivalent.

thank you for the details and yes does look good and if only 300 is being made then maybe worth the money to I think I would be tempted to. you will have to keep up dating this thread with the latest on it to see how it progress and thanks

No not yet. It seems to be moving slowly as most forum projects do.
