I think Raza's suggestion of leather goods is a good one. Man bag, new wallet, maybe even an expensive watch strap.

    - Decent pair of sunglasses, if you don't already have them. In metal, I'd say American Optical aviators or RayBan Outdoorsman (for that "Bourne Identity" vibe. I'm talking the book, not the Damon movies).
Non-metal, Persol make some beautiful frames, as do Moscot. And the Wayfarers by RayBan suit everybody.

    - a good ballpoint pen is always handy. The Fisher AG-7 Space Pen does what it's supposed to and has a nice '60s design aesthetic. Won't break the bank, either.
Parker and Waterman make some nice pens too. Then there's Mont Blanc, I suppose, but prices do start to climb.

    - a pewter hip flask. Sure, it's an old-fashioned item, but I heard that David Duchovny (as Hank Moody) carried one in an episode of "Californication" ,while bar-hopping with a friend of his, for use "in between bars". Absolute genius.

Can't think of much else right now. Long time since I turned thirty.
