Timberland boat shoes. They're quite stiff but the last pair I had molded themselves to my feet so I'm looking forward to the breaking in period. 
Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

Aside from business attire and an occasional dress up dinner out, I live in boat shoes.
