    It is. I think it is the earliest suede texture dial I have ever seen. There is just enough sheen that it is a real chameleon depending on the light. The Swarofskis are surprisingly understated for Rado.

    I think this and my NCC 101 with the blue stripe are my two most successful reclamations. They both came from really bad looking watches, cleaned up superbly but kept not only the manufacturers original character but also enough dings and dents to proudly show their history.
