    If you see blue and black, your cones are more high functioning in your retina. If you see white and gold, your rods will see more white.

    If I look at only the top half, it's white and gold. If I look at only the bottom half, it's blue and brown.

    Blue Black, if you look at the bottom part, right behind the left part of the dress there is a black and white fabric. No question it's black. Once you move your eyes to the black lace, it seems apparent that the lace is also black, but semi see through and with a yellow lighting it kind of seems like a dark brown, as as your eyes go higher it gradually turns yellower because of the light. But it's blue and black.
