    Afternoon all not left bed today have been watching YouTube all day so far trying not to watch all the news channels as it is so sad take care all

    yeah will check a site I use once a day and listen to one lot of news but ant listen all day to it with my depression worried it will drive me back to that bottle of grants in the garage I got
