    Hi folks... well a bit of fortune came my way today...

    My daily beater is a G-shock 7900 in red...
    I wear this thing every day to work, I love it to bits and it can take a pounding!

    Anyways...a customer saw it and remarked that he had a couple of non working G’s and would I like them?

    Well of course.....

    So he pops back a little latter with a black 7900 and a 590...in their tins!

    I had a spare battery for the 7900 and lo and behold it sprang into life, the 590 takes a cr1220, which I didn’t have ...but I’ll order a few tonight

    So I’m two rather tasty G’s up for the price of a couple of batteries!

    pity no one does that to me

    love messing with old g'shocks and getting them going again I remember a zombie T-290 I got going I call it a zombie as half the mother board was missing through battery rot .

    here's a few I have fixed more if you ask I can show thats just a few I have done and don't even include mods
