    Good morning.

Yesterday I went to pick up my flightmaster @ the Omega service center where it stayed for 5 weeks. Surprisingly, my conditions were accepted: they did not replace the hands and did not refurbish the case. The crowns and pushers were – as usual– replaced and now I have the correct color code on each one: blue for the gmt, black for the interior bezel and red/yellow for the chrono pushers. The timing results seemed quite good: amplitude (270º) rate (+5s/ day) and beat (0) all within parameters.

Now, that the flightmaster and the Speedmaster MK II are already in my "collection"there is only one 861 based model from Omega – Seamaster Soccer Timer Chrono - that I would like to get: the ST145.020 or, if possible, the ST145.019 (with interior rotating bezel). Problem is: a piece in a reasonably good shape is becoming more and more expensive so, it may not happen at all.

Meanwhile, this piece of pure extravaganza will be on my wrist, for a few days.

Just got a new Breitling khaki military strap today for my Chronomat Airborne. It's on my wrist now, and again tomorrow...

I really like that strap on your Oris, Jane! The combination of the strap and the lighting make the dial look like mother-of-pearl.
