Trust me, I know what that’s like.

Eh, they’re honestly super popular with Police, Fire, EMT, and Military/Vets. I fall into the last category.

I will be honest though, the fact that the back pocket of this bag functions as a Holster affected my decision.

At least in the Midwest, it’s probably 50/50 that a Police officer here is carrying some item made by 5.11.

    Stylistic differences I suppose.

    This was too much.

I bought the same bag in chestnut in 2018 in a rush before a big trip. Tobacco is what I wanted the whole time. I slipped and bought this. Then my friend expressed interest in my chestnut bag, so I don’t even have to go through the trouble of listing and shipping it. He’s visiting in the summer, so he’ll just pick it up then! EZPZ.

Added an IFAK to my bag. There’s a couple things missing in it, that are on the way, but the big stuff is there.

I love it when leather gets like that. It reminds me of my father's old air force jacket.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Nice. Is that just everyday? I carry a kit when I group ride and when I hike.

Any training for first aid? I'm CPR/AED, but don't have any add'l first aid/trauma/rescue/whatever.

EDC Bag. I also tend to be Armed in public. Boy Scout Motto is “Be Prepared” and I guess I took it to heart.

Up to date on my CPR, and have taken some GSW classes through my self defense insurance provider. Formerly Combat Lifesaver Certificate in the Army.

Love it. Won’t be afraid to scratch it and it’ll only get better.
