Smith & Wesson Tritium Quartz... not so fond of the gun branding, but it was a gift from my WUS friend "Precise" who is also quite an inventor. I wear it with pride (and it has quite a good spec for the price.)
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Questionable whether it's "affordable" but it was for me at the time (bought used for quite a bargain in fact) 40mm Nomos Ludwig autodatum.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.
