    Something like a Genta

    Hi all,

I'm quite fond of these renowned Genta designs everyone knows:

    (Pics stolen from the Interwebz.)

I keep on looking for something similar in style, that will meet these criteria:
    - day-date (windowed, not sub-dialled)
    - sensible lume
    - max. diameter 42 mm
    - not too blingy

Of current collections, IWC Ing would be the closest match but I don't necessarily fancy the chrono that comes with the day-date, and the 45 mm is a complete turn-off.

The closest match I've found for myself so far is this Seiko SRP241:

(Found my own pic on some Japanese blog!)

But even this is a little bit too dressy for everyday wear for me, I'd ideally prefer something with Arabic numerals as hour markers.

    Any ideas?

There's always the new TUDOR North Flag. Certainly not too blingy

    Undefined.

No, seriously, I'm mostly interested in finding options that tick all the boxes first, not necessarily desperate to buy the first find on the spot.

Seiko do a much better nautilus homage, the SNKK45K1. There's also a silver dialled version IIRC

In a similar-ish vein, at the lower end of the spectrum
