I suppose the new package (new bracelet, strap and accessories) brought a new model number (311.30.42.01.005) to the exact same watch.

I'm not sure why, but I wish they would have kept the old reference number or gave it similar number. The new ones seem incredibly long.

From my understanding the new box is optional. You can still get the smaller package but it will have the new screw bracelet. The pin and collar version is gone, or so I've been told.
