What are those little D shape doo-dahs actually called?

Putting together a little compressor with a Miyota movement, but I have a problem.
When I've ordered movements/cases they have in the past come with the little D shape retaining plates included, normally three for each, enough to mount the spacer ring and movement.
    This time nowt, nada, zip.
My trouble is as I don't know what they are officially called, I'm having bother finding them to buy.
    Any ideas please.
Here's the current state. Being held together by just two plates I had spare.

I have always heard something like that referred to as "case clamps" as well.

Given how many orders you're about to get, best buy two packs yeah?
