strap advice - 1950's Pobeda

This tiny bauble arrived today:


Any advice on an appropriate strap? Case is 32mm, 15mm between the lugs, 40mm end-to-end.
It's a 1955 Pobeda Petrodvorech.

That's lovely. I'd get a 16mm Perlon strap, they look great on vintage watches and the material squashes up well if the strap is a little too wide.

Brown ostrich. The age spots will match the patina

I'm not a fan of ostrich but it's hard to argue with logic. Lizard might work, like what I've got on this 1955 Hamilton. This may not be the right word to describe it but that little Pobeda is adorable!

Thanks to all for the suggestions. My 1955 Hamilton would be a 992B and would not require a "strap" - but the one posted by Hayday is also "adorable"
