I think it is some small German private label brand. AFAIK it has been sold under different brand names. Movement is a Miyota 9015 and it has a very nicely sculpted case. Very rounded on the bottom. In profile it looks a little like a squashed Seiko Turtle.

One of the unexpected pleasures of my new Mako is that a couple of nato straps that I haven’t used in a while fit the Mako perfectly. Here on a Bond regimental

42mm without crown.
Edit: a little Internet search revealed that they were also sold under the "Regent" brand. And there was also an open heart version without date.
