    Well first an apology . I have informed you wrong the SE i thought was a 420 case is in fact a 100. So yes the 420 case has got 18mm lugs

    So the other request , as said all the dials are the same dia its the bezels that cause the confusion . I see you have a Seiko 009 so have used my 007 as an example . I used the same nato strap and tried to get the pics as real size as possable.

    The pics are certainly helpful. I think I'm liking the 420 case more and more. May have to break down and get a coupla NATOs just for it. I know it's petty (especially considering costs) but I hate to have to buy a strap or two for only one watch; I don't think I have any other 18mm watches. Oh well, I can always put a 18mm on a 20mm watch.
