I thought it might be priced even higher when I saw it, tbh.

I'm not certain I understand this post? The pictured is possibly one of the easier Submariner watches to get during the current multi-year back order phase. I bought the cousin of that watch as my first automatic watch back in 1985, and they have continued to have that model as long as I can remember. That is not a new release? Is it suppose to mean there will be a flow into AD of the watches no one is waiting for? As I said, I don't get this post? Is there some missing content?
