Random watch thread 2
Got a cheap Accurist chronograph off eBay with a movement type I have never seen.
It has three sub-dials:
Running seconds
Chronograph seconds
Slaved 24h
When you start the chrono, the centre seconds hand sweeps round the dial in one second, while the chrono seconds counts up to a minute. When the minute is up, the chrono stops and resets.

There is one thing wrong with it, it’s called the Lympstone. I know that’s a military base or something, but it sounds like the name of a pantomime villain.
