    For me, the enamel, the soft subdial recess and the way the numerals drape into it is part of the appeal.

    I have a different favourite for the gold and guilloché look.

    Whatever gorilla they paid to take a hammer to the dial of an otherwise perfectly boring watch to make that off-center dent they call a subdial should be fired and these should be tossed in the trash and written off as a production error.
