    from their website:

‘SIAR 2019, Perfect occasion for Christophe Claret to introduce his new masterpiece, special for Mexico.
Christophe Claret has a passion for History, and has delved into Mexican mythology to create his new watch in a limited edition of 8 pieces.
It’s Quetzalcoatl, Aztec deity embodied by a feathered serpent, is now shrouded in mystery within the heart of the new Maestro watch. The serpent was engraved by hand in meticulous detail, in order to being incorporated skilfully around the movement.

The Maestro Quetzalcoatl, to discover in exclusivity on Christophe Claret’s stand at SIAR 2019.’
It's the final countdown! PM me before they're all gone!

This is actually a fun watch but too big at 45mm. They also have this one.

One is literally what you said, except that the opposite.
The other is going to my 'zillion buck business idea' basket and I'm not revealing it but you'll get your fair share when it brings those zillions. (Disclaimer: I tend to think of my business ideas in macro scale and so they are NEVER materialised due to the insufficient startup capital).
