    looks like a Ref. 3195.50.00 but without the bezel maybe actually could be exactly that

    A bit vintagey but I wouldn't bet my head on that. Reminded me my field Hammy, no date, though.

    No idea about the brand, but I would go vintage (most likely) or some sort of micro brand neo-vintage model (less probable).
