Congrats Demo! Great looking chrono from H2O...no doubt that it's very well built too!

Recycled. The picture, not the watch.

Apart from a disposable rough neighbourhood watch, I'll treat it as an exercise in smaller size. It's very unassuming, and yet fun to wear. The strap feels a bit crappy, thought. I don't have an immediate 18mm replacement and tbh I don't think I'll bother.
    Ha! Snap!

I got mine as my hiking/ boating watch, as I needed something wearably small, waterproof, which wouldn’t magnetise my wrist compass

I ditched the OEM strap immediately for this one piece nylon
It's the final countdown! PM me before they're all gone!

It's certainly got something 'nostalgic' about it with that bracelet.

I was toying with the idea of getting the Longines mesh (from the recent release) for mine... So went to the AD to see if they were available: "sure" they said; "take about 6 weeks" they said; "£325" they said.
I almost bit the bullet and ordered one, then I noticed...

    Thanks Chris,
Yeah I've toyed w/ the idea of an OEM but not @ the price of admission. Maybe IF it was my only watch or IF I had a smaller collection. I never noticed the writing either.

    Why not denote the wr?

£325?!?! F that. Just get a £10 Chinese mesh - mine was great.

    You... you... anticipatory copycat, you!
Or is it great minds think alike?
I didn't find any sensible straps at sensible prices in my city centre today (not that I really counted on finding anything), but now I see there are some £5 NATOs on the bay, I might try those.

After the furnace incident last night Mrs. K and I decided to take today off.

I just finished a loaf of deli style rye and now we'll have lunch. Nienaber today.

I can almost smell it - I could slaughter that with a decent bowl of broth, about now.
