Steven Soderbergh’s latest film tells the tale of a fictionalized basketball lockout, but the real story is the production itself: the film was shot entirely on an iPhone 8. FYI, this isn’t the first film to be shot on an iPhone, nor is it Soderbergh’s first; his first iPhone film was a thriller dubbed*Unsane, which was released last year.
