Due to several recent purchases, I am thinning the herd. Porsche Design Dashboard Chronograph 6612.11.44.1139 comes with inner and outer boxes, instructions, hang tags and warranty card (until Sept 2015). Runs perfectly (-2s/day, well within COSC).
Eterna was owned by Porsche Design for about 10 years before being sold to a Chinese holding company, so this is the last of the true “Swiss Made” Eternas. Bought new in February 2013, this is in excellent condition (TZ 90%). There are minor scratches and scuffs on the polished titanium case and the brushed titanium bezel plus strap-change scratches inside the lugs and on the top of one lug (all seen in the photos). These close ups under harsh light don’t do the watch justice but are here for full disclosure. The watch looks great on the wrist!
The highly-decorated 37 jewel ETA movement with a unique “spoked wheel” rotor (weighted by a 7 tiny titanium screws on the rim of the rotor) is visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback. Original Porsche Design rubber strap with titanium deployment has never been worn and is uncut so it can be sized to your wrist. Watch comes with a 22mm grey/black Bond Nato and a 2-piece regimental Bond nylon strap to show off the exhibition caseback.
