Motivation. That's my issue. I'm already thin, in fair shape (could go run 10k right now, do 50 good pushups, 10 dead-hang pullups, etc.). But I'm not ripped, etc. Wouldn't mind losing 5lbs, maybe 10 at most, but that's it. Wouldn't mind looking ripped. But I find it tough to stay motivated. Plus I love food. Bad food. And booze. Good booze.

Hard to stay motivated of you're not hurting your goals. I'm seeing improvements in all of my lifts, and I am successfully bulking up, so I'm motivated.

Correct. It's possible to bulk up by eating absolutely anything as long as you have a decent spilt of protein, fat and carbs. You need them all, and in abundance, whilst bulking.

I need some motivation to do cardio. I hate it. All I ever do is lift but the mid section never shrinks. Any advice would be great. I suppose less pizza, burgers, and booze would help too

Getting abs is almost entirely diet. Fewer calories in than out. Eat lots of protein and lift heavy. That's about it.

HIT instead of long distance. Circuit training. Boxing. Rowing. And if you must run find an awesome downhill trail, or a treadmill in front of a great film.

And yes - cut the crap from your diet or make your own pizza - it can be healthy and tasty.

Indeed. And to elaborate we probably most of us have awesome abs already, under the fat. I can do 100 sit ups no problem, but until I shift the belly...
