Took my son to see Sonic The Hedgehog on Monday. It wasn't as terrible as I thought it would be.

I mean how long was that script? 5 pages?
Bond runs after suspect
Bond continues to run
Explosion
Bond runs some more
Bond sits at a table
Bond plays poker
Bond sits naked on a chair
Bond runs
The end.
Take out the Playing Poker part, and that's most of the newer bond movies.

The newer ones have car chases and Bond keeps his clothes on. Also, the villain in Casino Royale was trying to manipulate the stock market to make money off of a short sale. That’s not villainous, that’s what every first year economics student thinks he can do to become rich.

Second best reviewed video game movie of all time behind Detective Pikachu.

Lol, that's more stuff than what happens in Skyfall. And I thought he plays Baccarat, rather than poker.

I hate to be the braggy boy here, but I had a 1966 GT350.
I purchased a "Mustang" from my girlfriends brother in 1977 for $600. It was all primed as he had replaced a couple of fenders and was about to repaint it.
It had spacers in the coil springs, a holley 780 and an aftermarket manifold and the door panels were recreated with wood. Basically, I thought I was buying a junked up 66 Stang with a 289.
I brought it to my pal, a mechanic in Waltham, MA, and when he looked under the hood, he said, "do you know what you have here"? Um, no, what is it?
"This is an HP289 pal and the numbers match, you bought a Shelby"
So, I hit up ABC auto parts in Somerville, got the original 560cfm carb and manifold back, bought door panels, replaced coil and ladder springs and repainted her. I wish I had a picture.
I told my Dad I purchased a classic car, and of course, at that date, it was not truly a classic, but in the sense of the word, it was....and he called it my "classic shit box"
After the work was done, it took about a year and I invested about $2,000, I sold it to the Town Manager of Winchester MA, Mr. Ouelette I believe his name was, for $16,000.
I wish I kept it, but I was just a kid....oh well.

The villain was laundering money for a shadowy terrorist organization. MI6 wanted him because of what he knew about the terrorist group.
James Bond : I did. I thought one less bomb maker in the world would be a good thing.
M : Exactly. One bomb maker. We're trying to figure out how an entire network of terrorist groups is financed and you give us one bomb maker. Hardly the big picture, wouldn't you say?
